Jill Sans will guide each participant through step by step of creating a mandala of their own, starting with a 20 minute guided meditation to provide a focused foundation. You will learn about color and form in relation to our internal feelings and how to translate that into expression. The goal is to create your own mandala and to learn to use it as a tool in life to center yourself, find peace and create! Pre-registration required, all materials provided as well as a healthy snack and tea during break.

Meditation cushion, pillow, yoga mat or small blankets for floor seating comfort, we will create on the floor. If you are not comfortable sitting on the floor other arrangements can be made, please let us know.
9:00am - 10 minute introduction to meditation and mandala, how they relate
9:15 - 9:30am - 15 minute guided meditation
9:45-10:15am - 30 minute discussion of color and form and how they relate to ourselves
10:30-11:30 - lay down foundation of mandala, guided instructions for drawing
12:00 - 2:00pm - Paint
2:00 - 2:30 - Closing
