Submission Fee: $15 (This fee directly supports the costs of hosting this exhibition. As an artist-run gallery, these funds help us promote participating artists and ensure that this show uplifts our creative community as a whole.)

The HeArt Box and Azulita Project invite artists working in all mediums to submit work to Re-Source, a juried exhibition opening in April 2026 in downtown Flagstaff at The HeArt Box Gallery. This show celebrates creative reuse, ecological mindfulness, and our shared responsibility to protect Earth’s vital resources.

Re-Source asks artists to consider where their materials come from, what happens to them when the work is complete, and how artistic practice can evolve toward greater sustainability. We seek high-quality, professional artworks created from recycled, repurposed, low-impact, biodegradable, or locally sourced materials. Limited plastic usage is acceptable only when materials are reused, repurposed, or integral to the concept. We encourage artists to experiment, innovate, and push the boundaries of sustainable creative practice.
